Only select employees and partners of AKEA – such as your potential future manager(s), future coworkers (on scheduling an interview), employees of the Human Resources Department, and IT (for maintenance purposes only) who support AKEA and its partner ecosystem with HR Administration, have access to your Job Application Data.
AKEA is a global organization, with businesses, legal entities, IT systems, management structures, processes and partners that cross borders. Job Application Data may be shared with other AKEA entities and partners in other jurisdictions, for employment consideration purposes.
AKEA will not supply any data to third parties other than those identified above without your express authorization or applicable Laws.
AKEA recognizes that certain laws may require stricter standards than those described in the present Privacy Statement. For what purposes will Job Application Data be used?
The Job Application Data you provide will be used to assess your application for employment at AKEA (or any affiliate or partner entity), to verify your information and conduct reference checks, and to communicate with you and inform you of career opportunities or available positions.
If you accept employment with AKEA (or an affiliated AKEA entity), the information collected will become part of your employment record and will be used for HR Administration purposes.
